About Bansal Steel Traders

From a fabrication workshop in the 1980s to one of Haryana's largest steel distributors.

Founded by Late Sh. Mohan Lal Bansal, Bansal Steel Traders began as a fabrication firm and grew into a leading structural steel trading house. Today we are a Channel Partner with SAIL for structural items, including NEX sections like NPB and WPB.

Which SAIL plants do you source from?

We supply material from SAIL's DSP (Durgapur), BSP (Bhilai) and approved EPAs based on section availability.

What grades and standards are available?

Standard supply is IS 2062 in grades E250BR, 300BR, 350BR, 410BR and 450BR. Copper-bearing structurals and B0/C grades can be supplied on mutual agreement.

Do you supply outside Haryana?

Yes. We regularly despatch to project sites across India for flyovers, railways, power plants and industrial works.

Can I get a section that's not in your standard list?

Other sections are available on order or based on mill availability. Share your requirement and our team will confirm.

Do you provide certifications with the material?

Yes — Mill Test Certificates, IS 2062 conformance, CE and (where applicable) CSIR/CBRI Fire-Resistant Steel certificates.
